Return & Exchange Policy

At Miazi (miazi.in), we strive to ensure that every customer has a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refund Policy

Miazi does not provide monetary refunds.

In case of an approved return, customers will be issued a Credit Note equivalent to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on miazi.in.

  • The Credit Note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

  • Credit notes cannot be converted into cash or transferred.

3. Exchange Policy

  • One-time exchange is provided free of cost for eligible products.

  • If an additional exchange request is made after the first exchange, both-side shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

  • The product must not show any signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.

Miazi reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

5. Sale / Discounted Products

Products purchased during Clearance Sale, Promotions, or Discounted offers are not eligible for return.

Exchange eligibility for such products will be subject to the discretion of Miazi.

6. Size Selection Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Incorrect size selection by the customer may result in exchange requests, which will be handled as per the exchange policy stated above.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos for verification.

Once verified, Miazi will arrange a suitable resolution.

8. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and product details.

9. Shipping Charges

  • First exchange: Free of cost.

  • Subsequent exchanges: Both-side shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated by our support team.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of purchases made on miazi.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
